THE YIN WAY
60hr Yin Teacher Training
This Yin Yoga Teacher Training Program offered by Nico Luce is an immersion into the practices of slowing down, softening and being held in poses; an exploration of the connective tissues of our body and their relationship to the whole; and a discovery of the fascinating ancient philosophy of the Tao Te Ching.
Yin Yoga offers a unique way to deepen our understanding of the subtle structures that hold our body together and properly stresses tissues to keep them supple and open.
This Yin yoga teacher training will give you the tools to create safe and sound yin and restorative sequences, develop a vocabulary in your mother language that accurately describes the wide range of sensations and feelings that arise when passively stretching, infuse your classes with theme and meaning, and hold space where the quality and energy within yourself can enrich and balance the experience of others. The peaceful, compassionate and allowing state of presence that heals all imbalances by just "being yourself".
For graduates of any 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified training, the credits of this course can be applied towards Luce Yoga 300 hour certification, and is eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) with Yoga Alliance.
