Awaken The Warrior Within
Epic Asana Inspired by Legendary Teachings
Take your teaching to the next level by infusing it with intelligence, purpose and meaning. Let Nico guide you into the core messages of yoga’s most beloved book, The Bhagavad Gita, so you can incorporate its powerful teachings into your classes. Learn how to use this ancient text as a tool to inspire your students to face the challenges of everyday life.
Each morning will start with Mediation and Pranayama followed by a dynamic practice when partner work will be instructed to solidify key biomechanics concepts and support one another in embodying them. Following the morning practice, the focus will be on sequencing, here you will learn how to deconstruct a peak pose to figure out how to best prepare the body prior to attempting the asana and that poses are need afterwards to release those targeted body parts.
In the afternoon we'll do text analysis, journaling and practice theming. We'll finish both days with a Yin/Restorative practice.
